Here is a video of Anne at her gymnastics class. We started last week so this video was her second time there. I really love this place. This week we focused on the trampoline with jumping and walking on the beam. Last week we did the bars and trampoline. Anne really likes it too. She is the absolute youngest in her class by about one year but surprisingly she keeps up well. She caught on pretty immediately how to copy her teacher and do some of the tricks. She still has some issues with staying focused during class, but obviously that will come in time.

For those of you who don't know, I was a gymnast in junior high and high school. I was even on the varsity team my senior year (but that was due to us not having enough people to fill varsity-so me being on it was a technicality.) I was never able to advance very far, but I always felt had I taken a class just a little younger, maybe I could have been really good. John and I are really excited to see what sport (or other hobby) Anne excels in and likes and be able to nourish that. Who knows, maybe she'll be a little gymnast like her mama.
