Breakfast-Smoothie #3

(All approximate values since I make up a huge batch for the family and divide it up)

1/2 cup orange juice
3/4 cup strawberries
1/2 banana
2-3 cups spinach
Dollop of vanilla yogurt (really adds some nice sweetness and smoothness-I wouldn't omit this. If you don't have it though, the smoothie will still be tasty just not quite as smooth.)
1 teaspoon fish oil
