What an embarrasing waste of free time
Yesterday while searching google for videos of Elmo for Anne to watch on my lap, I came across an interview with Bob McGrath who plays "Bob" on Sesame Street and has played him since the show started way back in 1969 (almost 40 years ago!). The interview is a 4 part interview, each part lasting 30 minutes for a total of a 2 hour interview. In the interview Bob talks about his life as a child, his career as a tenor and his eventual spot on Sesame Street, thus discussing some of the major plots on the show such as when Mr. Hooper died, Maria and Luis getting married and the adoption of Miles. I've been watching this interview every spare chance I have. I've made it through 45 minutes so far-and he hasn't even said a word about Sesame Street yet! It's actually a really fascinating interview and I'm sort of excited to hear the rest of it. Okay, I'm really excited. I'm a nerd, I know...
