Welcome to the world, Andrina Katrine
Andrina Katrine Hansen was born last night at 9:29 pm after 10 or 11 hours of labor and 2+ hours of pushing (way to go mom!). She is 6lbs 6oz and 18 inches long (yes, my theory of small babies for us does hold true). Auntie April went shopping yesterday after I got the call that mommy was in labor and got her new niece some newborn and preemie clothes (hey, do those newborn clothes really fit a 6 pounder? I don't think so...all newborns swim in their newborn clothes.) I'm on my way to go meet this new member of our family for the first time. I'll be taking lots of pictures and posting them as soon as I can. Please continue to keep my sister and my niece in your thoughts and prayers. Pray for a speedy and comfortable recovery for mom and that baby Andrina continues to be healthy and happy. Congrats again Tom and Shellie!!

So happy to have my baby! I love her soooooooooooooooooooo much! It was 10 hours of labor (11:30am to almost 9:30pm) and 2 hours 15 minutes of pushing. Not bad for a first time birth (I knew those stories of epidurals slowing down labor were false-10 hours, 1 st time is fast!)
