No Spend Month Recap

I realize I am waaay behind on this blog (but again, pretty sure I maybe have 1 reader if I'm lucky!)  Anyway, we finished our no spend month.  We weren't nearly as strict as with January.  We cheated several times-signing Anne up for camp, buying stuff for the garden, going out to eat for Anne's birthday....but still, we came in at saving about $1500.  John would like to do this another 2 times this year so I'd be very interested to see how that affects end of year total on the Discover, in our bank account, paying off debt.  I'm proud of us for taking some really good, positive steps toward getting ahead on our finances.
