Hint, Hint

Pretty much from the time Anne was born, John's mom, Bonnie, has been hinting and outright asking us to have another baby. When she came out in March, she commented that if I got pregnant that month, I'd only be 5 months along on the cruise we're going on next week. When I spoke to her on the phone the other day, she said she and John's dad hope we get pregnant on the cruise. After informing her we would be packing things specifically to prevent that, she commented that no protection is 100% and these things do have a tendency to fail occasionally. Finally, she ended the baby conversation with the comment that she and Herb (John's dad) feel we have waited "long enough" to have a 2nd baby already. This week we got a package from Bonnie to Anne full of lovely Bible story books. Nestled inside was this:
