Breakfast-Smoothie #5

Happy Cyber Monday! Make up a batch of this healthy smoothie to fortify you for all your online shopping today!

1/2 cup flavored milk (we had a bit of chocolate soy milk left and a bit of plain almond left)
1/2 cup frozen blueberries*
1/2 cup frozen strawberries*
1/4-1/2 banana
Fish oil

Blend up and listen to your body thanking you for giving it such a healthy start to the day!

**We need to partially thaw our frozen fruit in the microwave otherwise our blender sounds like it's going to get revenge on us....about 30-60 seconds should be enough to help a blender out.
