Phew! So much has happened today! Most of it, I can't even talk about. Needless to say I had several very major things happen today. One of them was that I was able to talk to more people at work about resigning my position. Namely, HR and my Executive Director. Both were very sad to be losing me, which feels really good. Just to know I was a very valued employee and me leaving is a true loss to the company. It feels good to be needed. It's still so weird to me that I won't be there in 2 weeks. I said goodbye to 3 more girls and it continues to be very sad and a hard process. Again, very odd that these girls whom I've formed a relationship with-some over the past 2-4 years I won't see again. One girl is pregnant and doesn't know if she's having a boy or a girl and it's just weird that I probably won't ever know either.
Still, this is a good thing. Although the future really scares the crap out of me and makes my heart race, I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that not only leaving my job is the right decision but I know that the timing is right too.

It is always hard to leave the people you care about. It shows why you are good at your job and why your bosses are sad to lose you. I can't wait to hear the whole story and why you are leaving and all that happened today. Good for you for doing what you know is right even though it is scary and unknown. I will be praying that whatever is next for you is simply amazing and fulfilling. :)
