"I'm corespondent April Atwood, here with my husband John Atwood. John, why don't you tell us a little about yourself?"
"Well, April, I was born and raised in California. I've only lived here in IL the last ten years."
"So would you say you are familiar with earthquakes?"
"Oh very familiar."
"What do you think about the one that hit our state this morning?"
"Well, I heard that people said that their furniture was moving around. I think that's a bit dramatic. With a 5.4 you might get a book falling off the shelf. Heck, I don't even wake up if an earthquake isn't at least a 6.0."
"And there you have it folks. Perspective on today's earthquake, which is not only saturating the local news but is even being reported on by the Today show."
