Super yummy, super easy! Try it tonight!!

Ok here's another review. I tried this recipe for dinner the other night and it was fabulous! Definitely one of my all time favorite recipes I've ever made (and the other night was the first time I made it). Normally it takes me 2-3x the amount of prep time to make a meal; thus, Rachel Ray's 30 minute meals translate into: April Atwood's 45-60 minute meals. For some reason I just don't move as fast as they do on TV. Anyway, this recipe took me, honestly, 15 minutes to prep. And that includes everything. Getting dishes together, getting ingredients out, plus actually assembling the dish. And to boot, it tasted really amazing. Here it is:

Oven Bakes Chicken Parmesan
(Sponsored by Ragu)

Ingredients:
-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
-1 egg, beaten
-3/4 cup Italian breadcrumbs (I used plain and added 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning plus 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese)
-1 jar of spaghetti sauce, 26-28 oz-use your favorite
-1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Dip chicken in egg, then breadcrumbs, coating well.
2. In a 13x9 inch glass* baking dish, arrange chicken. Bake 20 minutes uncovered.
3. Pour spaghetti sauce over chicken then top with cheese. Bake an additional 10-15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Serve over cooked pasta if desired.
*If using a metal baking dish, increase oven temperature by 25 degrees.

I'm telling you, this was such a great dish! I hope you like it as much as I did!
