I'm Official

Well, it's official! I am now a certified doula through the national organization called DONA. Feel free to look me up on their website. (I'm a birth doula). Being certified means I have done enough training, reading, studying, writing and gotten positive feedback from various mothers, doctors, nurses and midwives, seeing me in action, for them to give me their seal of approval. Legally one does not need certification to be a practicing doula, but it is a nice touch when you're interviewing perspective clients. So....if anyone out there is pregnant, soon to be pregnant, or knows someone who is pregnant, give me a ring. Let's talk....
